Chase Anderson Earns Second Win Of Season
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Chase Anderson went 5 1/3 innings pitched, giving up three runs, two walks and striking out three in the 12-3 win over the Miami Marlins. Anderson didn't exactly show a lights-out performance, as he gave up two home runs, both to Lewis Brinson, but he delivered a good enough performance to help the Brewers win. When Anderson exited the game, the score was only 5-3, so he did manage to pitch well enough for the win. This game brings him up to a 3.25 ERA with 21 strikeouts and a 2-1 record in 27 2/3 innings pitched this year, and he should be owned in the majority of formats.
