Chase Anderson Gets Little Run Support In Quality Start
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Chase Anderson went seven innings, giving up five hits, one walk and one run while striking out two in the 1-0 loss to the Chicago Cubs. A solo home run from Kyle Schwarber was the only run of the game, and since it came off Anderson, he was handed the loss to put his record at 2-2 on the year. This quality start gives Anderson four on the season, which ranks fifth in the MLB currently. Now on the season, Anderson is rocking a 2.86 ERA with 23 strikeouts in 34 2/3 innings pitched this season and should be owned in all formats.
