3 years agoChase Briscoe has had a nice stretch where he finished in the top-11 during two of his last three races. It was only Indianapolis as he got unlucky with that pesky Turn 6 and the curve. Again, the Stewart-Haas Racing driver is showing better form at the right time. He may be a bit better road driver but Briscoe displayed much poise at Michigan. Briscoe started 21st and wound up 11th. He did have a +11 place differential during the race in February at Daytona. Again, this could be a case where Briscoe can ride the wave for at least one more week. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
