3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool turned in another slow outing in a 29-27 win over the Chicago Bears in Week 9's Monday Night Football game. Claypool finished with three catches for 30 yards on five targets while adding 13 rushing yards on two carries. He got off to a fast start, hauling in a 26-yard pass from Ben Roethlisberger on the first drive of the game, but that was the most noise that Claypool would make in the contest. He did draw a handful of end zone targets during the contest but was unable to connect with Roethlisberger for a score. Claypool also appeared to get banged up during the fourth quarter but he was able to return after a few plays after limping off. Provided that he's in the clear injury-wise, Claypool could have a big game in Week 10 against the Detroit Lions' vulnerable secondary.--Matt T - RotoBaller
