Chase Claypool Goes For 96 Yards In Week 3
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool caught nine of 15 targets for 96 yards in a 24-10 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 3. The second-year wide receiver benefitted from Diontae Johnson missing the game and JuJu Smith-Schuster getting ruled out with a rib injury during the contest. Claypool himself appeared to injure himself on a play as he got up slowly and then was seen limping later in the contest. He still has yet to find the end zone this season but he could wind up as the team's No. 1 wide receiver in Week 4 against the Green Bay Packers, provided his own injury isn't serious.
