Chase Edmonds Says He's Good To Go For Wild-Card Game
3 years agoArizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds (ribs, toe) said he'll be good to go for Monday night's wild-card game against the Los Angeles Rams and sounded pretty certain of his status. However, head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Edmonds will likely be a game-time decision. James Conner (heel, ribs) and Jonathan Ward (knee) are also expected to be game-time calls, so Arizona's backfield is in flux, to say the least. Edmonds is expected to practice on Thursday, which is a good sign after he sat out of the Week 18 regular season finale. Eno Benjamin is the team's only healthy RB at the moment, but we'd expect at least one of Edmonds or Conner to play against the Rams. If they're both active, they'll form a timeshare that will cap both of their fantasy ceilings.
