3 years agoChase Elliott will start Atlanta from the sixth position on Sunday. The 2022 season has not quite gone as planned for the Hendrick Motorsports Racing driver. The old configuration of Atlanta was not kind to the No. 9 car. However, hope springs eternal. He was in the top-ten at Daytona early this year with top-five speed. Elliott has the fifth-most points in his last five superspeedway races. This is his home track as well but it is nothing like the old one.
