4 years agoChase Elliott has had a rough 2021, to say the least. After his engine blew last week at Atlanta, he starts 26th this week at the Food City Dirt Race. The one-piece of good news is that Elliott should have excellent potential for place differential. The Hendrick Motorsports driver finished sixth and seventh at the practice sessions on the dirt track this week. Elliott was looking forward to the dirt race to improve his qualifying position.
