5 years agoTampa Bay Rays right-handed reliever Chaz Roe has been transferred to the 45-day injured list due to a sore right elbow, ending his 2020 campaign. Roe has become an integral member of the Rays’ relief corps over the past three years, having notched a 2.89 ERA in 10 appearances this season. Tampa Bay’s bullpen has been decimated by injuries this season with Roe’s absence further extenuating their need for healthy arms moving forward with multiple roles up for the taking.--Jesse Borek
