3 years agoOakland Athletics starting pitcher Chris Bassitt fired six scoreless innings to collect his 12th win of the season Thursday at the Indians. Bassitt was given a huge lead early in the game, but he did his part anyway striking out six Cleveland batters while allowing only three hits. The 32-year-old has been incredible this season as he's rocking a career-high 25.6% strikeout rate while allowing opposing hitters to bat just .215 against him.
