7 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Chris Carson looks quicker in offseason workouts and C.J. Prosise has transformed his body. However, there will be a lot of competition at the position with J.D. McKissic also in the fold after the team drafted rookie Rashaad Penny in the first round. Seattle thinks Penny could be a three-down back eventually, and he'll have competition from Carson on early downs. Prosise has been a disappointment and has played in just 11 games in two seasons, but he should battle with McKissic for work in the passing game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
