5 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Chris Conley was targeted eight times in Week 7, catching three passes for 83 yards. But between Week 3 and Week 6, Conley had a combined four receptions for 73 yards, and one strong week doesn't change the fact that Conley is the fourth option on a team that doesn't pass the ball enough to make a fourth option fantasy relevant.
