Chris Flexen Gives Up Three Runs To Blue Jays
3 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Chris Flexen gave up three runs Tuesday, taking a no-decision to the Toronto Blue Jays at Sahlen Field in Buffalo. He allowed seven hits and three walks while striking out two. Flexen has been much better at home than away this season, with a 2.05 ERA in eight starts in Seattle and a 6.97 ERA in six starts on the road. In total, he now carries a 3.97 ERA, which is certainly serviceable, but it's his 52 strikeouts in 79 1/3 innings that make him hard to roster in anything but the deepest of leagues.
