5 years agoBuccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin took over WR1 duties with Mike Evans sitting out Friday's preseason opener against the Steelers. Godwin caught both of his targets for 20 yards and a score. His touchdown catch was off of a bubble screen where he evaded would-be-tacklers on the perimeter on his way to the end-zone. His hype has been through the roof thus far and should only get louder after tonight. He remains a WR2 on his team but could end up as a low-end fantasy WR1 if this offense puts everything together.--Kev Mahserejian - RotoBaller
