Chris Godwin Heading Towards Game-Time Call

2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (foot) was spotted at the team's practice Friday. Godwin had a helmet on and was able to run in place while testing his injured foot, with beat writer Greg Auman noting that the star wideout is likely to go down as a limited participant at Friday's session. That keeps the door open for the possibility of him playing against Washington, though his status remains murky after he didn't take the practice field on Wednesday or Thursday. Godwin could see more targets than usual if active with Antonio Brown (ankle) and Rob Gronkowski (back) likely to miss the game. Fantasy managers should pay close attention to the actives/inactives this Sunday ahead of the game against Washington.--Tim Capurso
