Chris Godwin Not At Practice
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin (hamstring) and left tackle Donovan Smith (elbow) were not seen at practice on Wednesday. Godwin was actually active in the Week 1 win over the Dallas Cowboys after suffering an ACL tear late last season, but he quickly injured his hamstring after catching all three of his targets for 35 yards. However, the Bucs don't think Godwin's injury is as serious as they previously believed it was, but he could still miss a few weeks of action. Fantasy managers should be preparing as though the 26-year-old won't be active in Week 2 against the division-rival New Orleans Saints. If Godwin misses this Sunday's game, Mike Evans, Julio Jones and Russell Gage will be starting in three-wide sets for quarterback Tom Brady.
