4 years agoSan Diego Padres starter Chris Paddack has avoided the sophomore slump to begin the 2020 campaign. The 24-year-old owns a 2-1 record to go along with a 3.18 ERA, 1.01 WHIP, and 21/3 K/BB rate through four starts. Paddack is the crown jewel of the Padres' rotation and will seemingly only get better with more experience. His next projected start comes on Thursday against the Los Angeles Dodgers, who he already defeated back on August 3.
