4 years agoSan Diego Padres starter Chris Paddack imploded Thursday against the Los Angeles Dodgers, allowing six earned runs in three innings. The Blue Crew piled on with six hits included three home runs as Paddack served meatballs all evening, walking one and fanning just one. The outing bloats his ERA to 4.91 for the year along with a 1.17 WHIP and 7.7 K/9. Aside from a stellar Opening Night, the 24-year-old has been mediocre as his strikeouts are down to 21 percent and hard-hit rates alarmingly up. With an xERA of 6.85, Paddack fantasy managers should be concerned. His next start comes Tuesday visiting the Texas Rangers to open a two-start week.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
