7 years agoDodgers shortstop Chris Taylor (hamstring) is not in Saturday's lineup against the Mets. Taylor exited from Wednesday's game due to hamstring tightness and has since been out. The Dodgers are already thin at shortstop after Corey Seager's Tommy John surgery earlier in the year and are starting Kike Hernandez there in Taylor's place. The team is hoping to clear Taylor rather than place him on the disabled list, however, if this issue lingers, they might not have a choice.--Kev Mahserejian - RotoBaller
