3 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielders Christian Arroyo and Jackie Bradley Jr. are expected to be on a strict platoon in right field, according to manager Alex Cora. On Friday, Bradley will bat eighth and play right field versus right-hander Gerrit Cole. That is obviously not an ideal matchup for Bradley, but no one is expected to do well off an elite talent like Cole. Nonetheless, it sounds like the Red Sox are sticking to a plan of using both Arroyo and Bradley in right field. Neither has much upside with the bat, so this sounds like a wait-and-see approach for fantasy managers.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
