3 years agoArizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk had only one catch for five yards during the Week 4 victory over the Los Angeles Rams. However, entering Week 5, the 24-year-old will look to put that disastrous performance behind him against the 49ers. Still, despite his inefficient showing against L.A., Kirk remains second on the team in receiving yards and also has two touchdowns to his credit this season. With James Conner (personal) and Chase Edmonds (shoulder) in danger of missing Sunday's matchup against San Francisco, Kirk has an excellent chance to get even more involved, mainly since Kyler Murray may be forced to throw more often than usual. DeAndre Hopkins has also struggled over the last few weeks, so Kirk may have to pick up the slack, which will only increase his stock even more.
