3 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) will practice Wednesday, though it will be in a limited fashion, per head coach Matt Rhule. McCaffrey is three weeks removed from suffering a hamstring injury during a Thursday night victory over the Texans, with Rhule noting that he's hopeful the star halfback plays in Week 6. Of course, McCaffrey's limited practice Wednesday is a good sign in that it shows he didn't suffer a setback after last week's practices. However, it also doesn't tell fantasy managers much, as he was limited last week before ultimately sitting out the contest against the Eagles. Stay tuned to the practice reports over the next couple of days. If active, McCaffrey would return to the elite RB1 ranks against a beatable Vikings run defense.--Tim Capurso
