3 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) will undergo an MRI on his hamstring following Thursday's 24-9 win over the Houston Texans. The severity of his injury is unknown at this time, but the Panthers should have a more precise timetable once the MRI results are in. He logged seven carries for 31 rushing yards and two receptions for nine receiving yards before exiting. "Run CMC" will get some extra time to rest up for Week 4's contest against the Dallas Cowboys. The Panthers running back is considered day-to-day. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor the situation. Chuba Hubbard would see an increased role if McCaffrey were to miss any games.
