4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks first baseman Christian Walker (oblique) has landed on the 10-day injured list with a right oblique strain. This is not good news as the slugger has already missed time this season because of this same issue. Although he could make it back to the lineup within a few weeks, fantasy managers should plan for a more prolonged absence, especially since the injury has been nagging him for a while now. The 30-year-old is batting .203 this season to go along with 13 hits, seven runs, five RBI, and a homer throughout 64 at-bats. Although he does strike out more than fantasy managers would like, it is hard to replace the type of power he has displayed over the last few seasons.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
