6 years agoBrewers outfielder Christian Yelich has been removed from Thursday's game reportedly due to a sore back. Yelich grounded out in his first at-bat and was replaced by Keon Broxton in center field shortly after. He probably hurt his back on the swing which is concerning considering that he hurt his oblique after swinging earlier in the year. More news should be available about the injury shortly after the game and a timeline should be clear by tomorrow. If Yelich is forced to miss significant time, Broxton would be the beneficiary while Lorenzo Cain is on the disabled list.--Kev Mahserejian - RotoBaller
