4 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Christian Yelich (back) has been placed back on the injured list one day after being activated, according to Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Manager Craig Counsell said that Yelich played through pain in Monday's game — where he went 2-for-4 at the plate — and that the team needs to focus on resolving Yelich's back issue once and for all. Counsell added that they still have not received a concrete diagnosis on the issue plaguing Yelich, and that they wanted to see Monday how he would feel in a return to action.
