Yes, Bell would be the last driver in the playoffs and has a 19-point lead on Kevin Harvick, who is the first driver out as things stand now. Bell has stats of zero wins, four top-fives and 10 top-10 finishes this year. Bell will need a win to clinch a playoff spot, and he can easily miss the playoffs if he has a bad day at the track.
