2 years agoChicago Cubs rookie infielder/outfielder Christopher Morel (hamstring) is not in the starting lineup on Sunday against the Miami Marlins. Morel left the game early on Saturday with right hamstring tightness and will get a day off in the series finale. In his first 251 major league at-bats this year, the 23-year-old Dominican is hitting .259/.331/.450 with nine home runs, 29 RBI, 41 runs scored and nine stolen bases for the Cubbies. Nick Madrigal is starting at second base and hitting leadoff on Sunday, while Nelson Velazquez is in center field and batting ninth against Marlins left-hander Jesus Luzardo.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
