2 years agoCarolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard is a flex play, at best, in Week 16 against Tampa. The rookie running back hasn't rushed for more than 40 yards in any of the past five contests despite being the workhorse RB with Christian McCaffrey out for the rest of the season. The 22-year-old will face off against a stingy Tampa Bay run defense this week, meaning expectations should be tempered for Hubbard. He'll be a low-upside flex play in Week 16 and will probably need to find the end zone to return any value. It's really hard to trust any Panthers offensive skill player with quarterback Cam Newton struggling.--Rishi Patel - RotoBaller
