4 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Clarke Schmidt (elbow) has not resumed throwing yet after the team shut him down with a tennis elbow-esque injury in late February, and the team is waiting for Schmidt to be completely asymptomatic before having him throw again. Already placed on the 60-day IL, Schmidt isn't likely to have an impact in the major leagues this year and shouldn't be rostered in redraft leagues.--Sam Chinitz
