3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (forearm) could throw a simulated game in San Francisco on Tuesday, according to Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic. Kershaw has been out since July 7 with left forearm inflammation, after going 9-7 with a 3.39 ERA, 0.978 WHIP and 30.1 percent strikeout rate in the first half of the season. There's still no timetable yet for his return, as manager Dave Roberts said that the team will figure that out after his simulated game appearance. Managers should continue to hold on to Kershaw, and check for updates on Tuesday evening.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
