7 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starter Clayton Kershaw gave up two solo home runs to the Diamondbacks on Tuesday, but otherwise pitched a fine game. He struck out six batters and walked only one, while giving up four hits on the night. Like his opening day start, Kershaw received no run support from the Dodgers hitters. The team would go on to lose 6-1. Don't let the high number of home runs (three) this season spook you. His underlying metrics are intact, so expect him to find his usual dominant groove soon enough.--Mario Hernandez - RotoBaller
