Clayton Kershaw Throws Simulated Game On Saturday
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw (back) threw 70 pitches during a simulated game Saturday. He said his back "feels good" and is on track to return to the rotation Thursday or Friday next week. The southpaw had been sidelined since August 4 due to a lower back injury. He owns a 2.64 ERA, 0.98 WHIP, and an 88:15 K: BB across 85 1/3 innings in 2022. Kershaw will likely be on a pitch count in his first start back. Fantasy managers should continue to stash Kershaw in all league formats for this season's stretch run.
