Clayton Kershaw Throws Simulated Game On Tuesday
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (forearm) threw three innings in a simulated game on Tuesday. The Dodgers will see how Kershaw feels on Wednesday and that will determine their next plan of attack. Kershaw has been sidelined since July 7 with left forearm inflammation. The Dodgers could really use Kershaw with Trevor Bauer (administrative leave) having an unknown timeline to return. Veteran pitcher David Price has been filling in admirably for Kershaw and rookie Josiah Gray has also entered the rotation. Both Price and Gray are worth rostering in mixed leagues, but one of them would be likely to be bumped from the rotation when Kershaw eventually returns.
