Clayton Kershaw Won't Need Rehab Assignment
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (back) is not expected to be required to do a minor league rehab assignment. The plan is for the left-hander to throw a bullpen session on Monday. After that, Kershaw will pitch a simulated game later in the week before rejoining the Dodgers rotation. It sounds like there is a good chance of Kershaw returning to the starting rotation before the end of the month. The 34-year-old has not made a start since August 4th, but could be back soon.
