Clint Frazier Crushes Solo Home Run
5 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Clint Frazier crushed his first spring training home run of 2020 against the Rays on Thursday. A strong spring training can go a long way for Frazier, who is competing for playing time with Mike Tauchman and Miguel Andujar. Injuries to Aaron Judge (shoulder) and Giancarlo Stanton (calf) have opened up potential early season playing time opportunities in the outfield, and Frazier has a chance to claim some of that playing time over the next few weeks. If Frazier earns playing time this season, then DFS players should take note, as the outfielder is a capable hitter who owns a career .771 OPS and .209 ISO. He should be owned in all AL-only leagues and would become intriguing in deep mixed affairs if he's playing consistently in the powerful Yankees lineup.
