Clint Frazier Reaches Base Three Times On Opening Day
4 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Clint Frazier looked good on Thursday, picking up a pair of hits and walking once against the Blue Jays. Frazier's two hits were both fairly lucky -- he beat out an infield single with a .090 xBA for his first hit and poked a bloop single with a 69.1 mph exit velocity into a defensive hole in the shallow outfield for his second -- but it's encouraging to see Frazier start the season on a high note. Unfortunately, Frazier probably doesn't have a ton of room to move up out of the ninth spot in a strong Yankees lineup early this season, but fantasy managers should expect Frazier to continue producing well this year and consider adding him if he's available on waivers.
