Clint Frazier Removed From Game On Thursday
6 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Clint Frazier was removed from his Triple-A game on Thursday in the second inning. Some have speculated that he suffered a hamstring injury the inning prior and with the Yankees involved in multiple trade discussions, they want to be cautious with one of their best prospects. Whether the injury, if there is one, is serious is not yet known. Frazier has struggled at the major league level, hitting just .238 with four home runs and 18 RBI over 54 games. However, he has shined in the minors hitting .275 with 73 home runs, 269 RBI and 58 RBI. Whether Frazier was pulled for actual injury or trade precaution is not yet known. There's a chance he is moved at the deadline with his fantasy value increasing if he is able to see regular playing time.
