Clyde Edwards-Helaire Likely Out In Week 18
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (shoulder) didn't practice on Thursday and is "most likely out" for the Week 18 regular season finale on Saturday against the Denver Broncos, according to head coach Andy Reid. Edwards-Helaire suffered a bruised shoulder in Week 16 and sat out last week, so he's in line to miss his second straight game as the Chiefs look to get him healthy for the postseason. With CEH out last Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, Darrel Williams was the featured back and had 14 carries for 88 yards and two touchdowns while adding three catches for 19 yards. Williams is in line to once again see the lion's share of the backfield touches against Denver on Saturday, giving him RB1 upside in Week 18.
