Clyde Edwards-Helaire Officially Ruled Out
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (shoulder) has officially been ruled out for the Week 18 regular season finale against the division-rival Denver Broncos on Saturday. Darrel Williams, who had 14 carries for 88 yards and two touchdowns while adding three receptions for 19 yards last Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, is in line for another start with CEH missing his second straight game. Derrick Gore had four touches for 45 yards behind Williams, so Williams shouldn't be any danger of losing too many touches to Gore in a game the Chiefs will be trying to win in hopes of regaining the AFC's top seed heading into the playoffs. Based on the volume alone in a high-scoring offense, Williams will have RB1 upside for fantasy managers this weekend.
