Clyde Edwards-Helaire Out For Remainder Of Week 5
3 years agoUpdating an earlier report, Kansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the Sunday Night Football battle against the Buffalo Bills. The 22-year-old needed to be carried off the field after injuring his left knee during a play. Team medical staff did allow him to walk back under his own power for X-rays, which was encouraging. However, fantasy managers will certainly hope for the best until a definitive update comes regarding his status moving forward. If CEH misses time, which is certainly logical to assume, Jerick McKinnon and Darrel Williams will both get plenty of attention as waiver wire options heading into the Week 6 matchup against the Washington Football Team.
