Clyde Edwards-Helaire "Wants To Be Great"
4 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire has plenty of buzz surrounding him entering the 2020 season. After a successful college career, the first-round pick has been highly touted by many members of the team's coaching staff. In a recent interview, running backs coach Deland McCullough had plenty to say about the 21-year-old, praising his maturity and knowledge while also commenting on how the former LSU Tiger "wants to be great," when remarking about his career aspirations. Though he currently sits behind Damien Williams on the official depth chart, the rookie has a chance to make some noise on the fantasy end right off the bat as a result of the Chiefs' use of the committee approach out of the backfield. He may also find himself getting a more significant workload if Williams, who has had issues remaining healthy throughout the years, finds himself on the shelf at some point during the year.
