3 years agoCleveland Browns kicker Cody Parkey (quad) suffered a quad injury during Sunday's 17-13 preseason win over the New York Giants, per head coach Kevin Stefanski. He converted his only extra-point attempt and exited the game shortly after. The 29-year-old signed a one-year deal with Cleveland during the offseason. He made 19 of his 22 field-goal attempts (86.4 percent) and 43 of his 47 extra-point tries. The severity of Parkey's quad injury is unknown at this time, and he's considered day-to-day. Cleveland would most likely sign a kicker via free agency to fill in if Parkey were to miss any games.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
