Cole Beasley Could Be Josh Allen's Best Friend

5 years agoAn afterthought in the fantasy community, former Cowboy Cole Beasley could be in for a productive role, given his pairing with second-year quarterback Josh Allen. Besides Zay Jones, Allen will have burners John Brown and Robert Foster on the outside, leaving Beasley as his metaphorical security blanket on the underneath. Last year, Allen had a 70% completion-rate on throws of nine yards or less and now gets Beasley as his slot-receiver, an excellent route-runner who received 68% of his targets in that short area in 2018 with Dallas. With a 260 NFBC ADP that's 100 spots after Jones and Brown, Beasley has little risk along with a high-floor, particularly in PPR leagues.--Nicklaus Gaut - RotoBaller
