Cole Beasley Could Become Cap Casualty
3 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley could see his time with the organization end this offseason. The soon to be 33-year-old comes with a $7.6 million cap hit for the 2022 campaign. His production took a significant hit in 2021, which could lead to the organization moving on from Beasley this offseason. The Bills would free up $6.1 million by moving on from Beasley. He finished with 82 receptions, 693 receiving yards, and one touchdown in 2021. Possibly, the Bills decide to use backup slot receiver Isaiah McKenzie instead. He's a cheaper option and appeared more explosive than Beasley last season. Also, the Bills could always restructure Beasley's contract, but we'll see what the team decides to do.
