5 years agoAtlanta Braves starter Cole Hamels (shoulder) has not resumed throwing yet, according to manager Brian Snitker. The doctor who evaluated Hamels said that the veteran left-hander is progressing well, but there is no timetable set for his return. It seems likely that the 36-year-old will miss the start of the 2020 season, but the long-term severity of the ailment remains unknown.
