3 years agoOakland Athletics starting pitcher Cole Irvin allowed three runs across five innings to take the loss on Wednesday versus Seattle. Irvin was not effective in this one as he allowed seven hits and three walks while only picking up three strikeouts. The left-hander has his moments this season, but he's not much of a fantasy option as his 16% strikeout rate is the second-lowest among all qualified starters making him a high-risk fantasy option if he's not going deep into games.
