3 years agoOakland Athletics starting pitcher Cole Irvin (hip) is listed as Tuesday's starter versus the Detroit Tigers. After tossing three innings his previous start on Tuesday, Irvin left the game with minor hip discomfort. Irvin has been having a solid season for the Athletics, but his low strikeout upside has limited his value for fantasy managers. The lefty has made 25 starts this year and is 9-12 with 3.68 ERA and 97 strikeouts in 144 1/3 innings.
