3 years agoChicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet caught one pass for three yards in the team's preseason game against the Dolphins. Kmet caught a quick roll-out pass from starting quarterback Andy Dalton and tried to leap over a defender in the first quarter for a short gain. Kmet was then targeted on a quick slant during a third down play but the pass was deflected. The Bears first-team offense played only two series so Kmet's day was done before it really even began. The Bears are hoping Kmet become's the team's unquestioned TE1 this season so he may not see a ton of preseason action.--Joey C - RotoBaller
