Cole Kmet Musters Only 17 Yards
3 years agoChicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet caught only three passes for 17 yards in the Bears 45-30 loss to the Packers in Week 14. The second-year tight end saw five targets in the game and was unable to make any impactful plays. He did see a red zone target, boxing out a Packers defender, but Justin Fields was just off his with pass attempt. The Bears coaching staff has been trying to scheme up more targets for Kmet but the results have been tepid at best. His fantasy value will be hard-pressed to exceed TE2 status next week against the Vikings.
